  5. 50 ml Hot water

  8. 3 tbsp ☆Sugar
  9. 1 tbsp ☆Lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsp ☆Cinnamon
  11. 1 Powdered sugar

Steps to make to make Turkish Soft Apple Cookies

  1. First, make apple preserves with the ☆ ingredients. Slice the apples into small, thin wedges (cut an apple vertically into eighths, and slice into a thickness of 3 mm).

  9. Sprinkle powdered sugar using a tea strainer to finish. They go really well with tea.
