- Move the pork into a caserole dish and add the red and yellow peppers, apples, onions and garlic. You can also add any spare flour and basil mix.
- Mix the veg stock cube with the 500ml of warm water, mix well and pour into the caserole dish. Add the paprika and stir among the whole dish.
- Place the caserole dish with lid into a pre heated 200°c oven for 1 and a half hours.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Nice served with mashed potatoes or rice. :-)
