  8. 2 tbsp Oatmeal
  9. 1 tbsp Wheat bran
  10. 3 tbsp Sugar
  11. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  12. 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  13. 1 Egg
  14. 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions to make to make Apple & Mulberry Cobbler

  1. Chop the apple into thin pieces. Place the apple, mulberries, and sugar in a heat-resistant container. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
  2. While the filling is cooking, make the topping.
  3. Add the flour, oatmeal, wheat bran, sugar, and cinnamon to a bowl and mix. Pour in the vegetable oil and stir. Add the egg and milk and stir some more.
  4. Remove the filling from the microwave and stir in 1 tablespoon of flour and mix. Add another 1/2 tablespoon of flour and mix.
  5. Top the filling with spoonfuls of the topping batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15 minutes and it's done.
  6. Serve with ice cream while still piping hot.
